Chelsea's natural living journey has been in the making for many years. She started to gain a real passion for clean living and holistic health while constantly struggling with hormonal and cystic acne as an adult. Since then, it has blossomed into so much more than just a search for clear skin. From taking a medical leave from college due to a severe case of mono, battling hormonal/cystic acne for 15 years, her father's diagnosis with stage IV throat cancer in 2015, to working in a farm-to-table kitchen, all of these events have contributed to, and catapulted
her into the direction of holistic health. Chelsea is currently taking classes at The American College of Healthcare Sciences in route to earning a Holistic Health Practice Diploma focusing on Holistic Nutrition, Herbalism, and Body Care. She hopes to become a board certified Holistic Nutritionist, as well as finish her Bachelor's Degree at ACHS in Integrative Health Sciences.
Chelsea has lived in San Diego for a decade. Before moving to San Diego in 2008, she was fortunate enough to have grown up in the Bay Area (The peninsula -- or part of Silicon Valley to be specific). Some of her favorite childhood memories include going to the local Farmer's Markets (Hot Harvest nights in San Carlos), camping with her Girl Scout troop and family, growing veggies in the backyard with her Dad, going to Half Moon Bay for the local farm stands and honey sticks, taking local hikes with her family, and driving a few hours to stay in majestic Yosemite National Park.
She also happens to be a professional pastry chef with a huge passion for food. Chelsea loves to create new products and recipes, as well as taste and review things!
Please join Chelsea on her journey to living a more green and holistic lifestyle!
